Rules applicable to each individual monthly edition
Art. 1 — Organiser
This contest is organised by: SIA Vesuvio (legal entity operating Pizzeria Bella Napoli) Registered address: Riga, Latvia Contact: info@bellanapoli.lv
Art. 2 — Duration and Recurrence
Monthly recurring. Each edition runs from the 1st to 23:59 on the 28th. Winner announced by the 30th. The organiser may suspend at any time with prior notice on @bellanapoli.lv.
Art. 3 — How to Participate — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation is entirely free of charge.

Post a photograph on Instagram tagging @bellanapoli.lv and using #BellaNapoliRiga and #50toppizza.
The photograph must feature any kind of Bella Napoli pizza.
Art. 4 — Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18+ residing in Latvia. Excluded: employees and immediate family; anyone using fake or automated accounts.
Art. 5 — Prize
One (1) Bella Napoli pizza — 48-hour slow-risen dough, buffalo burrata and 24-month aged cured ham — to be enjoyed at Pizzeria Bella Napoli in Riga. Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash.
Art. 6 — Winner Selection
The participant whose photo on Instagram with tag @bellanapoli.lv has the most likes by the 28th wins. In a tie, the organiser decides. Winner contacted via DM within 48 hours and has 7 days to confirm.
Art. 7 — Announcement
Winner announced by the 30th via @bellanapoli.lv. Participants consent to their username being mentioned.
Art. 8 — Image Rights
By entering, participants grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost tagged photos on official Bella Napoli channels with credit. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@bellanapoli.lv.
Art. 9 — Personal Data (GDPR)
Data (name, email, phone) processed under GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Latvian law. Used solely for contest administration and contacting the winner. Not shared with third parties. Deleted within 30 days of contest close. Rights: info@bellanapoli.lv.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Art. 11 — Liability
The organiser is not liable for technical failures beyond its control and reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries.

Participants may optionally consent to receive marketing communications via an explicit opt-in checkbox. Entirely optional. May be withdrawn by writing to info@bellanapoli.lv. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Art. 13 — Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes subject to the courts of Riga.
